Long time followers will remember that we tried to expose the AG back in July. Gail Golec submitted a FOIA request to uncover the communications between the AG office and the MCED regarding sharpie gate.
We discovered that the AG provided cover to the MCED, and put out a statement saying that SharpieGate wasn’t an issue. Right then and there I knew back in July that AG Brnovich wasn’t going to do anything about the audit results.
But the senators and auditors assure everyone that he’s going to do the right thing, and my concerns fell on deaf ears. People called me negative and now months later we’re talking about this again and acting surprised.
